Return and Exchange Policy

We care about your satisfaction. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding returns and complaints carefully.

1. General Return Conditions

IMPORTANT RETURN DEADLINES:

     
  • Returns must be reported within **14 days** from the date of receiving the product to the address: contact@aivoranshop.com.
  •  
  • Physical return must be made within **7 days** from the submitted return notification, to the supplier’s address provided on the delivery label.

After these deadlines, a monetary refund **will not be possible**.

     
  • The return notification (withdrawal from the contract) must be sent to the email address contact@aivoranshop.com within **14 days** from the date of receiving the product.
  •  
  • The physical return (sending the product back to the supplier) must be completed within **7 days** from the date of the submitted return notification, to the supplier’s address provided on the delivery label.
  •  
  • Products intended for return must be in **new condition**, with intact tags and the original proof of purchase (waybill/order confirmation).
  •  
  • Exclusions: Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged due to normal wear and tear **are not eligible for return**.

2. Return Shipping and Exchange Costs

**Note:** We do not provide a return label for refunds or exchanges. The customer **covers the cost of return shipping**. A return label will only be provided if we sent the wrong item. Thank you.

     
  • **Apparel:** Please note that dimensions may not be exactly as stated in the description, as they may slightly vary due to the measurement method. We can process a return if the buyer covers the return shipping costs.

3. Damaged and Sale Products

     
  • **Damaged Item:** If you received a damaged item, please notify us within **2 days** of receipt to qualify for an exchange. We **do not offer refunds** for damaged items; we offer **exchange only**.
  •  
  • **Christmas Products:** Christmas-related products (decorations, themed apparel, etc.) **are not eligible for a refund** (exchange is only possible in case of damage during transit).
  •  
  • **No refunds for clearance (sale) products.** Exchange is only possible if damaged upon delivery. Please notify us within **3 days** of delivery. Customers must return the item to our office at their own expense for us to process the exchange.

4. Lost Shipment (USA Only)

     
  • If a package is lost in transit (status other than delivered), we will send another one.
  •  
  • If the shipment status on the courier’s website is listed as **delivered**, we consider it successfully delivered and **reshipment will not be processed**.
  •  
  • If you wish to file a claim (when the status is “delivered”), you must provide the claim case number along with the name and employee/agent number of the courier within **2 business days** from the delivery date. We will require a copy of the recipient’s **photo ID** for verification.
  •  
  • **Non-delivery claims (as of February 2022):** If the courier (USPS/UPS) reported delivery and the package did not arrive, customers may file a police report and use it to file a claim under their homeowner’s insurance.

5. International Shipments

     
  • International shipments may take up to **60 days** for delivery due to logistics delays.
  •  
  • **Lost International Shipment:** Due to the high risk of fraud, to qualify for a claim, the customer must:
       
    • File a **local police report** regarding the loss.
    •  
    • Provide a **letter from the local post office** confirming that the package is untracked and lost.
    •  
    • Provide **two photo ID documents** of the recipient.
  •  
  • **We do not offer refunds for lost international shipments.** If we are able to file a claim, we will resend the package.
  •  
  • The processing time for an international claim may take up to **120 days** from the date of submission.
  •  
  • **Customs Duties and Fees:** It is the recipient’s responsibility to submit and pay any customs fees imposed by local customs authorities.
  •  
  • **Refusal of Delivery:** If the courier left a pickup notice and the recipient refused to collect it, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, we are not responsible for any refund or lost shipment.

**Remember:** Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. International orders will be shipped from our international warehouse outside the USA.
