These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of our website and online store at https://Aivoranshop.com/. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payments are processed by PayU, Paypal and are subject to their terms and conditions.

5. Shipping and Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery for products purchased through the online store depends on the chosen delivery method, destination, and the size/weight of the order. Shipping costs are displayed at the checkout before the final payment is made.

The standard range for delivery costs is typically between €0 to €10 (euro), excluding any potential customs duties or specialized/express shipping charges, which will be calculated and clearly indicated during the ordering process.

• We offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain value, which is dynamically calculated and displayed on the website.
• We reserve the right to update shipping methods and prices at any time.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Extension to Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights: The right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days is also granted to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for that person (e.g., based on the subject of their business activity described in CEIDG).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use a model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

7. Complaints and Warranty

We are obliged to deliver products free from defects. In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from us, consumers have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty provisions in the Civil Code.

Rights of Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights: The rights related to complaints (warranty for defects) also apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for that person.

Complaint Procedure:

• The complaint should include a brief description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the details of the customer submitting the complaint, and the request in connection with the defect.
• We will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days of its receipt.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

9. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts competent for the Seller's registered office, i.e., Warsaw.
